We kindly remind everyone of a couple of our booking policies to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests visiting our studio.
🚫No Extra Guest Policy
Due to limited space, please have only the client receiving the service attend the appointment. We do not allow extra guests, including friends, family members, children, or pets, to accompany you during your visit. This helps us maintain a relaxing atmosphere and allows our technicians to focus fully on providing the best service possible.
⏰24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Last-minute changes make it very difficult for us to fill the time slot.
