Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Nails by Fong, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help us provide the best service and experience for all of our clients.

1. Appointments & Booking

  • All services are by appointment only.

  • Please book your main service first, then select any add-ons (such as extra length, designs, or nail art) to ensure enough time is reserved.

  • A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    • This deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

    • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Prices listed are base rates. Add-ons or custom designs are additional and will be quoted by your nail tech.
     

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will forfeit the $20 deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in limited booking privileges.
     

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients.
     

4. Refunds & Service Adjustments

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • No-Show and Late Cancellation deposits or fees are non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
     

5. Health & Safety

  • For the safety of our staff and clients, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or nail concerns prior to your service.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if it poses a health risk.
     

6. Personal Belongings & Guests

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items while you are in the studio.

  • For safety and comfort, please note that we do not allow extra guests, children, or pets during your appointment.
    Only the person receiving the service may be present in the studio.
     

7. Policy Updates

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

  • The latest version will always be available on this page.
