Cancellation Policy
At Nails by Fong, we truly value your time, trust, and continued support. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client, please review the following booking policies before your appointment: 1. Appointments & Booking ・All services are by appointment only. ・A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service at checkout. ・Please book your main service first, then add any extras (such as extra length, nail art, or designs) to ensure adequate time is reserved. ・Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. ・For the comfort and safety of all clients, only the person receiving the service may be present during the appointment. No additional guests, children, or pets are permitted in the studio. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling ・A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ・Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), will forfeit the deposit. ・Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in limited booking privileges. Exceptions (limited to the following only): ・Severe weather conditions officially announced by the state or local authorities that make travel unsafe. ・The client’s own medical emergency, with reasonable medical documentation provided upon request. Personal circumstances, including but not limited to childcare issues, family obligations, work conflicts, or visiting someone in the hospital, do not qualify as exceptions. 3. Late Arrivals ・Please arrive on time for your appointment. ・If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. 4. No-Shows ・Missed appointments without prior notice are considered no-shows. ・No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to place a new one for future bookings. 5. Refunds & Service Adjustments ・Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided. ・Deposits, no-show fees, and late-cancellation fees are also non-refundable. ・If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may address your concern. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm, clean, and professional studio environment for all guests.
